What would you highlight about Hôtel Agnaou
Great location and superb staff but property is compromise.
Location and staff. Location can not be better than this place to visit Marrakesh. Right in the very very center of main Medinah. Come down of your hotel and you will find cafe, restaurants, laundrette and shops at you surrounding. Couple of minutes to Jama al Fena Square and all souks. Same few minutes walk to local historic places. No need to spend money on taxis. Staff was excellent who actually made this trip outstanding. English is bit of struggle but they were always eager to help. They Arranged all excursions on very good price than other suppliers in the market. Kept guiding us about all queries regarding local visits. Whenever reported any issue about property they straightaway came to look in to it and sorted. All rooms have good quality air conditioner. Rooms are in decent size with comfortable mattresses. Property was clean however there are many things to explain about property which I will do in next section. Because our flight was at late in evening so they kept our luggage secure till we depart.
It too old property. Although they kept it very clean and their cleaner ladies were amazing but every room still have a damp smell. Which was very uncomfortable. In the event of rain, Roof were leaking from many places even in our toilet too. Because rain is not normal there so I think this won’t be any issue all the times however this may have been causing the damp smell. As it’s very central area so May be all properties are like that in this area,I’m not sure about it. In facilities section of advertisement they mentioned that hair dryer is there in the rooms, however they only have 1 dryer at reception and can be available on request. No iron in the property. Although when I asked about iron before travelling, they did confirm the availability of iron which didn’t happen. One more thing which was very strange for me that being Muslim country, one expect a bidet(Muslim Shower) in the toilet however they don’t have any kind of that facility. Again I’m not too sure if it’s everywhere in country because I haven’t seen in any restaurants even on airport comparing to other gulf countries.

Basic cheap hotel, near big square in Medina. Not interesting shopping street, but near big road.
Basic cheap room. Went to airport before breakfast so I don't know about breakfast.

I like it !
Location is superb 2 minutes from jemaa lfna & 1 minute from the main road where you can grab a taxi. If you are an easy going traveller who wants to make the most of his tourism, it is the right place!! Restaurant agnaou also is worth trying, very tasty and affordable! Excellent quality/price ratio. Attentive staff I have some back pain so they were diligent enough not to let me carry the bag on the stairs. Thank you guys & manager!!

Very Good Value for money
Location is very near to Jeemaa el Fna, staff are very welcoming, rooms are clean
Like other old Riads In Marrakech stairs is a bit difficult but staff are always willing to help.
